Local church cancels midweek services after positive COVID-19 test.

Christ Chapel Cochran announced yesterday that Reverb and C4Kids, its weekly youth and children’s services held on Wednesday nights would be canceled this week. In a video posted on the church Facebook page, Pastor Rich Hulsey said an individual who attended service Sunday morning had tested positive for COVID-19. He said he’d spoken to the person via phone, and they weren’t experiencing symptoms. Hulsey said the decision to cancel midweek services came after meeting with church leaders. He said the building was being thoroughly sanitized and announcement regarding Sunday services would be made later this week.
