Bleckley County High performs with Foreigner

Some Bleckley County High School students had the chance to perform alongside a rock band. The high school choir sang with Foreigner at the Macon City Auditorium, and the audience at the auditorium cheered on the students. The choir won a contest that a Macon rock station was holding. In addition to singing on stage with the band, the contest prize included $500 for the school's music program. Foreigner Bassist Jeff Pilson says seeing the students' reaction makes it all worth it. Pilson says they do the contest for many concerts, and it's a win-win for the band, and music students. Bleckley County High School submitted their video just one day before the deadline to enter the contest.
