Classroom Dedication in Memory of OSO Conductor
The Cochran-Bleckley Arts Alliance will hold a classroom dedication in memory of Dr. Charles Quinn Saturday at 6 p.m. Quinn, the founder and conductor of the Ocmulgee Symphony Orchestra, passed away in May.
A small concert will follow the ceremony. The Arts Alliance is located at 113 East Dykes Street.
