Local Christian Band to Perform Free Weekend Concerts | Arts & Culture

The Matthew White Band, a conemporary praise and worship band, will perform a pair of free Christmas concerts this weekend.  The band is made up of teens from Cochran.  They are: Matthew White,Justin Bates, Skyler Smith, Zach Phinazee, Ethan Carnley,Savannah Rainey, and Zack Roberts.  Their Facebook page describes their motto is "To Spread The Gospel Through Music."

Saturday's concert will be at New Life Church Of God in Cochran.  Sunday, they will perform at Westview Baptist Church in Hawkinsvile.  Both shows start at 6 p.m.  To learn more about the band and members, search visit their Facebook page.
