Rockin’ for Restoration Concert to Benefit Chauncey School

On March 8th, the City of Chauncey in partnership with Eastman-Dodge County Chamber of Commerce will host a benefit concert to raise funds for the restoration of the Chauncey School House and library. Featuring performances by The Medicine Men and Mid-Life Chryslers, the show begins at 6 p.m. in the Chauncey Auditorium located in the school house at 5010 Hwy. 341 in Chauncey, GA.

This all-ages event promises a rockin’ evening of musical favorites with all proceeds dedicated to renovations for the building.  The show kicks off with Dodge County favorites, The Medicine Men, featuring their acclaimed mix of acoustic/electric Americana and folk-rock. Mid-Life Chryslers will bring down the house with their rousing mix of classic rock, soul, and country.

Advance tickets are priced at $15 for two tickets, and are available now at Eastman-Dodge County Chamber of Commerce located at 1646 College Street in Eastman, Chauncey City Hall on Wednesdays and Saturdays, or contact Theron McCranie at 229-868-5140. Tickets will be available at the door for $10 each.  Concessions will also be available.
