He Ran 76 yards For 1st Touchdown Ever | Best Of
Keshia Jones is a normal mom – proud and loving of her children. Whatever they do – play sports or participate in a club, she is there, cheering, supporting and encouraging, and documenting each moment with her camera.Though Friday night, when Landon ran for a 76-yard touchdown for Dodge County High School against Hawkinsville, Keshia said, "I couldn't hold my camera."
Her son, Landon, though, is the subject of her overwhelming joy at the moment, and that is with good reason.
Landon is a 15-year-old sophomore at Dodge County High School, and he is a typical boy of that age. He just bought his first truck a month ago, said his mom, “to get used to driving before we have to let him go alone.” He is very passionate about sports, and Keshia said, “He has one ambition, and that is to play college football, and become an athletic director.”
Landon is on the Dodge County High School Indians football team, and is considering trying out for for some other sports. He was also a member of the Dodge County Middle School's archery team.
