Stuart Anne Stuckey was a private person, but she truly resembled the very essence of what a modern-day, real world Southern belle should be.

Kind, giving, strong-willed, determined, passionate about her family, friends, her hometown and the arts, Stuart Anne lived for helping others.

Friday, the daughter of former Rep. W.S. "Bill" Stuckey, Jr., died in her home at the age of 52. And it seemed as if a part of Dodge County died as well.
