BCHS Literary Team Wins Region Title | Best Of

The BCHS Literary Team won the Region 4-AA Literay Championship Wednesday at Putnam County High School.  Bleckley placed first in six of 12 events.  Results are as follows:

Juliette Grantham: Girls Essay, First.
Ben Collins: Boys Essay, First.

Hannah DeLoach: Girls Extemporaneous Speaking, First
Evan Bennett: Boys Extemporaneous Speaking, fourth.

Caitlyn Bambrough: Girls Dramatic Interpretation, third.
Desmond Josiah:  Boys Dramatic Interpretation, Third.

Kimberly Alley, Allie Keel, Alex Russell: Girls Trio, first
Bryson Hollomon, Desmond Josiah, Joseph Arnold, Matt Gilbert:  Boys Quartet, First.

Katie Burton: Girls Solo, First.
Desmond Josiah: Boys Solo, Second.

First place winners advance to state literary March 16 at Veterans High School.
