World Champion of Public Speaking Visits Eastman | Business

Eastman, GA, November 19, 2012 - The local Toastmasters club had its second meeting on November 19 at the Chamber Hall. 

Guest speakers included PK Ebert and Mark Brown from a Macon club.  Mark Brown has been a Toastmaster for 19 years and was crowned the World Champion of Public Speaking in 1995.  He now speaks professionally to youth audiences across North America on the subject of bullying.  He delivered an inspirational speech entitled, "The Power of the Platform."   

The club meets every Monday from 12-1 PM at the Chamber Hall.  Membership costs less than $100 per year and is open to those age 18 or older.
