Outreach Event Brings Good Crowd Despite Weather | Community Spirit

Despite wet weather, a large crowd gathered inside Wendy's in Cochran for the second "Burgers and Bibles" event. 

The United Praise Team from First Assembly of God provided music and Trent Dykes, youth pastor at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, spoke. 

His message was about Christians taking a stand for Christ.  The next Burgers and Bibles event will be April 9.  Ryan Carnes, pastor at New Life Church of God in Cochran, will be guest speaker.
