Church Hosts Weekend Discipleship Conference for Youth | Community Spirit

Bethany Baptist Church in Cochran hosted Discipleship Now (D-Now) this weekend. 

The conference for youth and college students focuses on building disciples for Christ. 

Attendees stay with host families during the weekend.  This year's conference had youth from Bethany, Mt. Calvary, Salem, and El Shaira Baptist Churches. 

Saturday evening, they enjoyed hot dogs, viewed skits and listened to musc provided by the First Baptist Church Hangar Band, and heard a message from Tracy Deavers, Campus Minister for Baptist Colligate Ministries at Middle Georgia State College.
