Eggs rained from the sky at the Cochran Bleckley Rec. Department. | Events
The Cochran Bleckley Recreation Department hosted and co-sponsored a community Easter event with Christ Chapel Cochran Saturday. There were games, a bounce house, pictures with the Easter Bunny, as well as free bottled water to help keep everyone hydrated.
At 2:30 pm, a helicopter dropped approximately 4,000 plastic, candy-filled eggs onto the football/soccer fields. It was in addition to the 13,000 eggs already laid out. Children were then called out by class group (IE: third-fifth graders) to collect the eggs.
