Fido Can't Go to Cochran Farmers' Market
The President of the Cochran Better Hometown, Russell Davidson, who serves as the Cochran Farmers' Market Manager, posted the following on the Market Facebook page and released this announcement."All: I attended a "Enhancing the Safety of Locally Grown Produce" class, yesterday, in Perry. It was taught by Dr. Judy Harrison of UGA. It was very informative and one point that was made several times is NO PETS should be allowed in the market area. If you think about it, you will understand why.
Effective immediately, we will have signs posted at the Cochran Farmers' Market.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE MARKET AREA.

We have only had a couple in the area, when we were at the Cotton & Peanut museum, so it hasn't been a big problem in the past.

I will say thank you in advance, for leaving your pet at home, while you visit the Market.
