Dodge Sheriff Loses Chief Investigator, PIO | Events

Captain Tony Winborn, 42, head of the administration and investigation divisions of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, is leaving the the DCSO. And to paraphrase a favorite television character from the 1970s, George Jefferson, Winborn is "moving on up."
