Lady Royals Edge Crawford County to Even Region Record | HS Sports

Losers of nine of their last ten games, Bleckley trailed 1-0 at home Tuesday versus Craford County before Leslie Holland's RBI single tied the game.  Allie Keel's single put BCHS ahead in the third. 

A pair of fourth inning runs made it 4-1.  In the seventh, the Lady Eagles loaded the bases with two outs, scoring twice.  Joanna Knight induced a ground ball to third for the final out as the Lady Royals hung on 4-3.
 

Holland finished 2 for 3 with 1 RBI.  Nicole Tomlinson went 2 for 3.  Emmie Meadows was 2 for 4 with an RBI double.  Region play continues Thursday at Macon County.  Game time is 5 p.m.
