Lady Royals Win Third Straight, Shut Out Taylor County | HS Sports

After a dissappointing loss last week at Dodge County, the Lady Royals won region games at home versus Crawford County and at Macon County to go to 2-1 in region play.  That record went to 3-1 as Bleckley shut out Taylor County 12-0 Thursday. 

Taylor Little went 3 for 3 with 1 RBI.  Emmie Meadows was 2 for 2 with 1 RBI.  Joanna Knight, who picked up the pitching win, was 2 for 3 with 3 RBI.  Kelsey Darsey was 1 for 2.

BCHS plays this weekend at the Mid Season Classic in Hazlehurst hosted by Jeff Davis High School.  Friday's games are against Long County at 6:15 p.m. and Telfair County at 8 p.m. 

All games will be played at the Jeff Davis County Rec. Department.
