Lady Royals Fall in Sweet 16 | HS Sports

Bleckley's softball run, that saw them go from being 4-11 to finishing second in the region, ended Wednesday.  The Lady Royals were swept in their Sweet 16 series played at Harlem versus the third-ranked Lady Bulldogs.  Tayor Little and Allie Keel had the only hits in a 5-0 game one loss.

Emmie Meadows' sixth-inning groundout was their only run in a 10-1 game two loss.  Lindsey Dabbs had both hits, she went 2 for 3.  Harlem hit three home runs over the two games.  BCHS finishes their season 16-16, 6-1 in 4-AA and has made the sweet 16 for three straight seasons.
