BC's Beck Has big Night as Royals Split with Northeast | HS Sports

Mario Beck scored 44 points, a career high, as the Royals won at Northeast High School 80-74 Friday.  Beck was also 4 of 4 from three-point range, also a career best.  Rydealous Taylor had 16 points to help in the win.

Despite 18 points from Dewanda Blackshear and 12 off the bench from Alexis Woodfaulk, the Lady Royals would fall to Northeast 53-44.  BCHS had a lead going to the fourth but went scorelss over the final four minutes.  With the loss, Bleckley falls to third in 4-AA.  The Raiderettes lead with a 7-0 region record, Putnam County is second.

JV girls tip at 3 pm when Bleckley hosts West Laurens Saturday.
