BCHS Sweeps Fourth Region Series of Season | HS Sports

Tia Troup scored 10 of her team leading  22 points in the second quarter and Dewanda Blackshear added 17 as the Lady Royals beat Lamar County 52-34. 

The win keeps Bleckley's slim hopes of catching Northeast for top seed.   BC trails Northeast by two games with two left.

Mario Beck scored 27 and Rydealous Taylor had 15 as the Royals completed the fourth sweep of a region opponent 65-51.  D'Andre Pitts scored 11, including three from three-point range and Derrick Farrow added 10. 

JV girls play at 4 p.m. Tuesday when BCHS travels to Monticello.
