The Lady Royals trailed 13-12 in the second quarter at home versus Dublin Friday.  DHS ended the half on a 19-6 run to go up 32-17.  Down by as many as 26, Bleckley would draw within 18 to begin the fourth and within 15 during the quarter but ultimately lost 61-44.  Cam Tillman scored 18 points.  Tia Troup had 13.

Sixth-ranked Dublin had a 24-13 lead versus the Royals before an 11-2 BC run got them back in the game.  Mario Beck scored five points in the final 30 seconds to tie the halftime score at 33.  The Irish would not lead by more than two points until the final moments of the third when they built a 51-46 advantage.  For the second straight game, BCHS went cold in the fourth quarter, going scoreless for the first 3:30.

Dublin built a nine-point lead and BC could get no closer than six in a 60-53 loss.  Beck finished with 30 points and 11 rebounds.  Subregion play continues Tuesday when Bleckley hosts East Laurens.  Tip time is 6 pm.
