Dodge County Inmates Captured in Florida | News

Captain Tony Winborn with the Dodge County Sheriff's Office says the two inmates who escaped from a work detail in Eastman were found in Florida Monday night.

Winborn says 21-year-old Jimmy Lee Gray from Wilcox County and 21-year-old Michael Loren Chapman from Coffee County were captured in Jacksonville, Florida around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Winborn says the pair were working a detail in Eastman for the Bleckley Probation Detention Center when they escaped around noon on Thurs., Feb. 2.

Winborn says the Department of Corrections will transport the two back to Dodge County.
