The team reunited (with some pickup players) for CAMSPORTS-USA's Summer Nationals at Southern Pines this past weekend. Heat made it to the championship game of the 15/16-u division, falling in the finale by one run.

Football registration ongoing at CBRD.

Crush 04 (BC Crush) played in the USSSA's Madeline Grace Memorial Saturday in Milledgeville.  The team was trying to fight their way out of the loser's bracket when play was suspended due to weather.  During the delay, two teams left.

Because of field conditoins and more storms incoming, the tournament was halted.  Crush, and Wicked 05, who had beaten Crush earlier, were the only two teams reamining after the tournament was stopped.  Therefore, Wicked got first place, Crush second.

Crush travels to Panama City Beach, Florida this coming weekend for the USFA World Series.
